It goes without saying that Temuera Morrison's live-action return to the Star Wars universe after nearly 20 years is something that the fans were beyond thrilled to have witnessed. However, despite Boba Fett's triumphant comeback, Morrison's own spinoff series The Book of Boba Fett was met with mixed reviews from the fandom who thought it wasn't able to live up to the standards set by The Mandalorian. Still, it's safe to assume at this rate that the famed bounty hunter will continue to be an integral part of the MandoVerse moving forward.

Turns out, that's not the only criticism the 61-year-old New Zealand actor has been getting and according to Temuera himself, there are fans who have actually been fat-shaming him since he made his return to the billion-dollar franchise in 2020. But instead of getting offended, the Aquaman star took to social media to show his critics that he's putting in the work to be in the best shape possible.

Unveiling a new training video on Instagram, Temuera poked fun at fans who are referring to him as "Boba Fat" and vowed to do something about his physique. Check it out here:

As it stands, we still don't know whether or not Disney will renew The Book of Boba Fett for a second season but considering how it "underperformed" compared to The Mandalorian, I wouldn't be surprised if Boba's standalone project would remain to be a one-off.

Meanwhile, all episodes of The Book of Boba Fett are available for streaming exclusively on Disney+.
