Star Wars Legend Mark Hamill Reveals Pseudonyms for His Rogue One and Solo Cameos


Mark Hamill has always been active on social media and the past few days, the Star Wars legend stunned fans when he revealed that he had secret cameos in all of Lucasfilm's Star Wars movies outside the prequels.

Posting on Twitter, Hamill let his followers know that he had actually lent his voice to various characters in all Star Wars movies except for the prequels. It turns out that the Star Wars actor had secret voice roles in the original trilogy, sequel trilogy, and in the spinoff movies Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Today, the Star Wars legend decided to give further details about his secret cameos, revealing the pseudonyms that were used for his characters in Rogue One and in Solo.

Making a game out of the post, Hamill decided to have fans guess which characters he actually played in the Star Wars movies.

"It was never about billing (L-#RogueOne R-#Solo) or salary. It was for fun & the fans & because I❤️#EasterEggs! I misremembered my pseudonym as "Patrick Williams"-It was actually "William M. Patrick" (for my older & younger brothers) I'm not telling what the M. stands for. #Guess," the actor wrote in his post.

In hindsight, it shouldn't come as a surprise to fans that Hamill had secret voice roles in the Star Wars film franchise. After all, the Star Wars actor has had a phenomenal career as a voice actor, playing iconic roles for DC's various animated movies and television series.
