Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Gives Fans New Hope as it Debuts to Great Reviews

Fans didn't know how Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order would do but it looks like they had nothing to worry about. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order reviews have hit the net and they are fairly positive, not only securing good scores for customers but also getting the distinction of being the highest-rated Star Wars game from EA. That's not saying much since this is only their third Star Wars game but this might encourage them to use this franchise better.

Metacritic has tallied the reviews of 23 critics and has given Jedi: Fallen Order a very solid 84. Some of these reviews include a 9 out of 10 from IGN and an 8 out of 10 from GameSpot. The lowest score this game has thus far is a 3.5 out of 5 from US Gamer, which Metacritic rightfully puts as a 7 out of 10.

It's also worth noting that the game has launched controversy-free, with no microtransactions or DLC whatsoever. Most of us still remember the big Star Wars Battlefront II debacle so this is just great news all around. We can say mean things about EA all we like but it's clear that developer ReSpawn are good at their jobs and deserve more credit.

Now that they've made Titanfall 2 and Jedi: Fallen Order, here is hoping that EA lets them handle more good single-player games. They seem to have the knack for it.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam.
