It's no secret that the cast of the original Star Wars trilogy was a close bunch. So it's no surprise that Harrison Ford finally discovered that his A New Hope co-star Mark Hamill can do a great impression of him and his reaction is truly priceless.
Ford was recently a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where he was promoting his new film The Secret Life of Pets 2. However, that didn't mean that the Indiana Jones actor wouldn't talk about Star Wars. Fallon informed Ford that Hamill had actually done an impression of him and even showed him a video of Hamill's performance. Ford was certainly impressed with what he saw.
"That's really good! That's me," Ford said after viewing the clip. "He can have the job."
Hamill was not the only Star Wars castmate that Ford spoke about during the interview. He also paid tribute to the late Peter Mayhew, who recently passed away from a heart attack. Ford only had kind words for the man who played Han Solo's longtime friend Chewbacca.
"He was a really sweet man, nice man," Ford said of Mayhew. "He had a hard time physically. It was really hard for him to do what he did for us, what he did for all of us, and he did it with real dignity and class. He was a really neat guy. I miss him."
We're missing him, too, Harrison. And we're missing Han Solo as well. Here's hoping we get to see Han one last time in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
Ford's The Secret Life of Pets 2 will premiere on June 7. Hamill returns in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which is scheduled for release on December 20.
