Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Is Getting Its First-Look At Character Costumes Soon

Star Wars fans have a lot to look forward to this year. Not only is Lucasfilm closing its sequel trilogy with Star Wars: Episode IX, but Disney is offering fans a new Star Wars attraction at two of its North American Disney theme parks. Now that Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is set to open this year, we're getting our first look at the characters we're going to find at the new attraction.

There's an unofficial Galaxy's Edge account running around on Twitter, and despite its status, it's been posting a whole lot of park-in-progress photos while Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is being built. This week, the account revealed that fans would soon get to see the costume reveal of the cast members close by the area. Knowing that everyone working in the Galaxy's Edge theme park would play the part of residents of Battuu, these costumes could help us learn more about the attraction's story.

"First look costume reveal at #SWGECA (Disneyland)," the account wrote in a post-it made back on Monday, "Cast members have been invited to see the new costumes for the Galaxy's Edge cast! The public will see them soon afterward!"

Check out the tweet down here:

Seeing that the costume reveal has been set for today at 10 pm Pacific Time, Star Wars fans won't have to wait that long to see what Disney has prepared for everyone. Hopefully, we'll all get to see the new costumes for Galaxy's Edge.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is arriving in the Fall of 2019.
