The second season of Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures is coming and it looks like we're getting some awesome new animated shorts soon. Although the new season is set to focus on the younger generation of heroes, the trailer also pays tribute to the one and only Leia Organa.
The trailer opens with Leia presenting Han Solo and Luke Skywalker with their medals in A New Hope. However, the scene quickly changes to The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi before showing the older Leia standing with the new heroes from the sequel trilogy. Through it all, she is shown standing in the middle and although her clothes and hair changes, Leia remains in the center, strong as ever.
We're hoping to see more of Leia in Galaxy of Adventures Season 2. However, it looks like the next installment of the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel series is going to focus on Rey, Finn, and the other young heroes introduced in the sequel trilogy. Nevertheless, there is hope that we'll get a glimpse of a princess again in the future.
The first season of Galaxy of Adventures put the focus on the original and prequel trilogy. However, there were also instances where the sequel trilogy was referenced. On the other hand, there is a huge chance that the new season is going to give us interesting new content from the Skywalker Saga.
Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures Season 2 is set to return on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel starting March 13.
