Star Wars: Episode IX Casting Leak Claims That Rey Has A Child

Could Star Wars fans find Rey with child in Star Wars: Episode IX?

According to a report by Express, a new casting leak has made its way online claiming that Lucasfilm has been just recently cast a "white male toddler aged 4" for the sequel to Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Though there's no knowing what role this toddler is going to play in Episode IX, this new casting leak fits in with the recently leaked plot descriptions which say that Rey would appear with a child in the final chapter of Lucasfilm's sequel trilogy.

It might seem a bit farfetched, but then again, there have been a lot of crazy sequel trilogy fan theories going on around the Star Wars fandom over the past few years. There have been some theories saying that Rey (Daisy Riddley) is the reincarnation of Darth Vader. Others go on saying that Snoke is actually Darth Plagueis. Others went claiming that Kylo Ren is actually an undercover agent of the Resistance.

As wild as the idea of Rey having a baby seems, there have been wilder theories in existence. Besides, Star Wars actor John Boyega did previously hint at a time jump. So much could happen between Episode VIII and Episode IX. Now the bigger question – who exactly would be the father? Kylo Ren? Or could the father be someone else?

Let's wait and see.
