Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back is Coming to London Theaters With a Live Orchestra

It looks like fans in the UK are in for a treat as Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, considered by many to be the best film in the franchise, will return to the country with a live orchestra. The Philharmonia Orchestra will be playing the iconic score of John Williams, which should be an awesome treat for Star Wars fans in that country.

From September 21 to September 23, the movie will be playing in London theaters with the orchestra and ticket prices range from 37 to 87 pounds. Soon enough, the production will be going around the rest of the UK, though no dates for the tour have been revealed. Expect that to come soon, which will be good news for everyone in the country.

Lucy Noble, artistic director at the Royal Albert Hall, had this to say about the return of Star Wars: Episode V:

"We're ecstatic that Star Wars is coming back this year, with the most critically-acclaimed and musically groundbreaking movie in the series."

Considered by many to be one of the best and darkest installments in the Star Wars franchise, The Empire Strikes Back is the first sequel for this franchise and is often the basis for all sequels in movies. It took what made A New Hope great and turned it up to 11, with a better story and one of the most iconic endings in Hollywood history.
