The Star Wars Celebration in Orange County Convention in Orlando will have a very special night event. Set to be an after-hours experience, it will add something extra that's sure to delight fans of the franchise.
According to the official Disney World website, Walt Disney World will be holding the Star Wars: Galactic Nights event on April 14 at the Hollywood Studios set.
"No matter your age, put on your finest Star Wars-themed costumes and attire, and walk the red carpet toward an intergalactic introduction—followed by a whole universe of event entertainment and interactive fun, from a park-wide scavenger hunt to Star Wars Character encounters and more."
The goal of the Star Wars: Galactic Night is to allow guests to celebrate the whole 40 years of the greatest franchise in an event that showcases movie-premiere-style greatness.
On the night itself, there will be a number of attractions of the Star Wars flavor and even beyond. There are also live shows at the Star Wars theater, a Galactic Spectacular, a special event performance that also features the most recent additional characters Kylo Ren and BB-8, and a lot of photo ops and character encounters.
The event requires tickets, which costs $129 for adults and a five-dollar discount promo for kids ages 9 and below. For those who want to attend, better make up your mind immediately, as the tickets are extremely limited and are currently already on sale.
