Last month, modder Martin Bergman posted images of his “real life” mod for Star Wars Battlefront, which – as indicated – makes the graphics so stunningly detailed that you can't tell the difference between the game and real life. Now, thanks to Youtuber jackfrags, a video has emerged that showcases the mod, in a staggering 4K, 60 FPS resolution. Some Youtube commenters are even claiming that the mod looks better than real life. Once you see the mind-blowing realism of Bergman's mod in action, you'll understand why.
The video shows a few different game modes on Tatooine, Endor, and Hoth, and features combat that honestly looks like movie footage. The mod is just that good. Admittedly, my 5-year old computer couldn't handle the video at maximum resolution, but I watched it at 1080p and it still looked ridiculously realistic. Obviously only high-end computers will be able to run the “real life” graphics mod for Star Wars Battlefront, but for those of you that don't have access to one, check out the mod in action below!
