Star Wars Battlefront II Will Give Us Ceremonial Luke Skin

Star Wars Battlefront II currently has a limited event which will let fans earn the ‘Farmboy Luke Skywalker' skin, but there's apparently more coming toward the end of the month. As it turns out, we're also getting a Yavin Ceremony skin for Luke as well as A New Hope skin for Han Solo.

Here's the official announcement:

The new skin for Luke is said to be connected to an in-game event, but the skin will also be available afterwards for 40,000 credits (or 1000 crystals). The new Han Solo skin will be available for purchase on the get-go and will cost the same amount of credits/crystals.

With the year having mostly Clone Wars content coming to the game, I'm happy to see some updates with Original Trilogy content. With Farmboy Luke and ANH Han Solo, all we really need to complete the original gang will be an old Ben Kenobi skin for Obi-Wan.

With two new skins coming to the game this month, I'm hoping we get some new appearances for other characters as well. A lot of fans have been asking for alternate skins for Vader, Bossk, and Boba Fett; how about some TROS skins for Rey and Finn?

Both Han and Luke's new skins will be available during the Halloween event Another Night on Endor; the update is set to launch on Oct. 23.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
