Star Wars Battlefront II: Upcoming Heroes Won't Be Hard to Earn

Despite a few road bumps here and there, fans are still excited for the additional content coming to Star Wars Battlefront II, especially with the recent announcement of Clone Wars characters coming to the game. Of course, fans haven't forgotten about EA's shady tactics during the pre-release hype, or lack thereof, for the shooter so they assumed that these characters would be expensive to get.

Turns out that isn't the case, at least according to EA's Ben Walke. When asked about new characters and their prices (with in-game currency of course), Walke said that they would be cheaper than expected because they want new players who will be picking up the game to unlock them early.

Fans were already excited for the upcoming DLC for the game since Clone Wars characters like General Grievous and Obi-Wan Kenobi are fan-favorites. The excitement grew when it was confirmed that their Clone Wars voice actors would reprise their roles for the game, which adds some authentication to the additional content.

Aside from that, fans are also interested in the game's updated roadmap and what other things they could add for the shooter. It already has more content than the first Battlefront, even when you consider adding that game's season pass DLC. EA and Dice seem to have learned their lesson and really want this shooter to do well.

Star Wars Battlefront II is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
