Star Wars Battlefront II: Someone Made a Fantastic 'Evil' Anakin Skin Mod for Darth Vader

While a lot of Battlefront gamers are happy we're getting a new skin for Luke Skywalker soon, the Dark Side heroes have yet to get any fancy skins. The community has been begging DICE to give them an "Evil" Anakin skin for Vader, and SiRME has delivered with an interesting new mod.

I don't know much about modding, but it looks like the cloaked Anakin with the Kylo Ren hood given the moves list of Darth Vader. I have to say, it looks fantastic, and it shows just how perfectly it fits the character.

We don't know why DICE is held up on delivering new skins, but it's likely because all the focus has been going to delivering new content. Hopefully, after the DLC drop on Wednesday, we can get more substantial things moving forward. We know that some incoming content is for The Rise of Skywalker, after that I'm hopeful we get some more cosmetics for the heroes.

Besides the hooded Anakin skin for Vader, some also want a damaged look for the character. To fit with Obi-Wan, I think it would also be cool if we got a Sith Anakin skin without the cloak and just the red eyes.

So far, only Grievous and Dooku have had the pleasure of getting alternate looks for the game. Hopefully, we also get some new looks for Palpatine, Boba Fett, Bossk, and Maul.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
