Star Wars Battlefront II Releases Community Calendar for December

Thanks to last month's Black Friday sale, Star Wars Battlefront II has seen a huge influx in the community, and the game is as big as ever. Just in, DICE has dropped the community calendar for the month of December, and it looks like everyone is in for a treat.

Probably the biggest drop of the month will be the new skin for Obi-Wan which will be his armored look from The Clone Wars. With the appearance originating in animation, it would actually be pretty cool to see it in a more realistic setting in the game.

Besides that, we have a lot of great community events coming. Heroes Unleashed is once again returning, and this gives a chance for every player to try out the heroes during Galactic Assault. As someone who is just an average player, it usually takes me until the third phase before I can unlock a hero. With the HU event, even the less skilled players will get a chance to try being a hero on the battlefield.

What's also cool is that Christmas will bring huge discounts when it comes to heroes and vehicles. Plus we also get a huge boost in XP which is great for earning credits and skill points.

Though this may not seem too much for the players, we're still promised some huge drops next year. January will give us Count Dooku for the villains side, and February brings Anakin Skywalker and a new game mode.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PC, and PS4.
