Anyone who has seen the first season of The Mandalorian would probably agree that Mando (or Din Djarin) has been a wonderful dad to Baby Yoda. But would the characters from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actually turn out to be responsible parents to the Child? Adam Driver claims that Kylo Ren might be a terrible father to the adorable baby.
Driver recently spoke to Blog Xilla about The Rise of Skywalker but the Logan Lucky star was also asked what would happen if Kylo was tasked with taking care of Baby Yoda. Not surprisingly, Driver's response was something fans would expect.
"Oh my God. What would he do with it?" Driver asked. "He'd let him watch Stinky and Dirty probably. That show on Amazon. I mean I need to pitch Amazon Prime. He'd probably put him in front of the TV so he could do what he needed to do. He'd be a negligent caretaker."
Ouch. Well, I guess it's a good thing that Kylo doesn't have to take care of a tiny creature, even one that's strong in the Force. Of course, Kylo's mindset might change when he realizes that Baby Yoda could be a powerful ally but let's just say that the Child is better off being with Djarin.
Baby Yoda is expected to play a major role yet again in The Mandalorian Season 2, which is currently in production. The series is expected to return on Disney+ in Fall this year. You can catch Driver as Kylo Ren in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which is still screening in theaters worldwide.
