San Diego Comic-Con will run a little bit differently this year, with a free virtual event that'll gather fans from all over the world. The Star Trek Universe is headed to Comic-Con@Home too, kicking off on Thursday, July 23rd! To get fans excited for the upcoming event, a new teaser was released showing what to expect in the panels.
CBS All Access released the teaser on Tuesday, giving the first look at the virtual panels that'll include back-to-back-to-back panels featuring three Star Trek series namely, Discovery, Lower Decks, and Picard. Deadline's Dominic Patten will moderate these panels. Check out the teaser below!
As revealed before, The Discovery panel will include a table read of the second season finale, "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2," followed by a Q&A. While The Lower Decks panel will release the first clip from the animated series, which is set to debut on August 6. A discussion about Picard's future is up as well. There's also Secret Hideout executive producers Alex Kurtzman and Heather Kadin, who will talk about the expanding franchise's universe.
The Star Trek universe panels begin on Thursday, July 23rd at 10 a.m. PT on Comic-Con's YouTube page. Comic-Con@Home takes place July 22nd - July 26th.
