Star Trek Legend William Shatner Wins Horse Semen in Divorce Settlement

It might sound strange, but it looks like Star Trek legend William Shatner has just been awarded horse semen in the divorce settlement with his fourth wife.

According to a report by ComicBook.com, Shatner just reached a divorce settlement with his fourth Wife Elizabeth Shatner. During the proceedings, the couple obtained the court documents on how the two would allocate their assets including the home and animals that they owned together. Not only did Shatner walk away from the proceedings with two horses named Powder River Shirley and Renaissance Man's Medici, but he also obtained the prized semen and the equipment used to breed the animals. Shatner also got to keep his two dogs, Double Espresso and Macchiato.

While it might sound strange for Shatner to want to keep the semen of his horses, the liquid is important in the breeding of the animals. Elizabeth Shatner also got to keep two horses of her own after the divorce settlement. Shatner's ex-wife now has Pebbles and Photogenic. Because they don't have any children together, Shatner decided to give Elizabeth visitation rights to the other two horses provided that she would give notice before the visit.

After 18 years of marriage, Shatner decided to file for divorce back in 2019. The separation was made official on February 1, 2019. The divorce agreement reveals that neither Shatner nor his ex-wife will receive spousal support. The Star Trek actor's current net worth is estimated at around $100 million.

In other news, Shatner refuses to return as Captain Kirk for Star Trek. Guess the actor doesn't want to follow Patrick Stewart who reprised his role as Jean-Luc Picard in CBS All Access' Star Trek Picard.
