Thursdays have become important to a lot of Trekkies with the release of new Star Trek: Discovery Season 3 episodes. Now, the hit CBS All Access series will release its sixth episode today and it'll be home to an intense moment between Michelle Yeoh's feisty character Philippa Georgiou and a man whom she teaches a little lesson about respect and authority, all while doing it as savagely as she could.
The sixth episode in the hit Star Trek spinoff series is titled "Scavengers" and it will see Georgiou and Michael Burnham embark on a rogue mission to save Michael's newly found ally Booker (played by returning guest star David Ajala) in an Orion-run salvage planet. Part of the episode seems to be a major callback to Emperor Georgiou's imposing Mirror Universe persona and it's quite a treat to see especially if you've been following the show. It can't be denied that Michelle Yeoh is one of the best bits about Discovery and she's proven that time and time again. Now, it's great to see her team up with Burnham once again and you gotta admit, the two Star Trek characters make a pretty formidable duo. Things are beginning to heat up as we slowly reach this Season's conclusion.
