Spy x Family is one of the most-awaited spring anime in 2022. It has been announced that Wit Studio and CloverWorks are working together to make the series. Spy x Family episode one is set to release in April 2022.
Illustrated and written by Tatsuya Endo, Spy x Family is a manga that follows a spy who needs to build a family to fulfill his mission. He adopted a cute-looking girl, who surprisingly has the ability to read minds. He also got into a fake marriage with a woman who turns out to be an assassin. The exciting part? He does not have any idea!

Spy x Family Episode 1 Release Date
Episode one of Spy x Family will be released on April 9, 2022. It will be available on Japanese TV. Crunchyroll will be streaming the episode an hour after for members of the platform.
Crunchyroll has a membership fee of $9.99 per month to access the simulcast feature and enjoy other perks like ad-free shows and full access to the manga and anime libraries. Spy x Family will also be available on Muse Asia for fans in Southeast and South Asia.
As for the English dubbed version, there is still no official announcement regarding this one. Episode one will most likely have an English subtitle with the Japanese audio for non-Japanese viewers.
Hopefully, a dubbed version will be up soon for those who prefer to watch this way. Crunchyroll has been releasing English versions of its popular series which is why the possibility is high for Spy x Family.

Episode 1 of Spy x Family will be released at 11 PM JST in Japan. Episodes are then usually available on streaming platforms around one hour later.

How many episodes will Spy x Family have? The anime will be a two-cour split season which means that the first half of season 1 will be released in April. The release date of the second half might be confirmed in the upcoming days too. Either way, the anime will have more than 12 episodes.
