The new Spy x Family movie is now showing in Japanese cinemas, but that’s not the only thing fans in Japan can look forward to. In celebration of the new movie, a Spy x Family dessert collab was announced that turns Anya into a sweet mochi treat.

As the new Code: White anime film follows the Forger family on a quest involving dessert, having Anya turn into an adorable dessert is perfect. What’s more, the sweets collab features various iconic Anya faces.

Spy x Family's second season may have finished its run, but fans in Japan were treated to the release of the new anime film titled Code: White. This movie features an original story by series creator Tatsuya Endo.

As part of the film’s promotion, the anime collaborated with a wide variety of media franchises and stores in Japan. Among these is a team-up with Bandai Candy, the confectionary division of Bandai.

This collab is part of the company’s Tabemas line, and it features mochi desserts inspired by the adorable pink-haired telepath.

The Anya mochi comes in seven versions, with each featuring a specific Anya face that includes her iconic smug look, her shocked expression, and her crying face.

Whichever face you get, all these desserts share the same flavor. The dessert’s face is made with milk-flavored mochi (or sticky rice flour) while her pink hair is made with strawberry-flavored anko (red bean paste).

What’s great about this collab is that it’s not a limited-edition crossover as it’s widely available in Japan.

Anya Forger Mochi: Where to Buy in Japan

Fans who are interested in getting a bit of this cute dessert can buy them now in Lawson stores throughout Japan. Each mochi dessert is priced at JPY 285 (just USD 2).

Lawson is also carrying lots of Spy x Family-themed goodies aside from this dessert. For instance, there are special Code: White-themed Meiji Macadamia and Apollo chocolates.

Plus, there’s a cute meat bun patterned after Bond Forger, and it features a chicken cream filling.

These collaborations won’t be released outside of Japan, but at least fans in the US can look forward to the Spy x Family Code: White movie as it’s confirmed to get a North American release.

On top of this, details about the upcoming collaboration with Street Fighter 6 will also be shared in January.
