Since the anime premiered in 2022, Spy x Family has gotten numerous collabs, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Just recently, the latest Spy x Family collab was revealed, and it features Anya Forger as the face of the Japanese makeup brand Kate.
This collab doesn’t feature Anya-themed makeup sets, though it is still an interesting partnership. That’s because it comes with makeup tutorials to emulate Anya’s round eyes look.
With this newest crossover, Anya continues to be one of the most popular anime characters right now.
Anya Forger Continues to Be Everywhere in Japan
The Spy x Family anime premiered in April 2022, and it has since become one of the most well-known anime around the world. Its appeal is thanks in large part to the loveable Anya Forger.
Because of its popularity, Anya can be seen pretty much everywhere in Japan. In the series’ home country, Anya can be found as plushies in arcades, in various food and merch collabs, and many more.
In December, the show’s second season ended following the release of its 12th episode. Even with the anime not being renewed yet, the Spy x Family fever isn’t fading away.
This is because the Code: White movie was released in Japan in late December and continues to be screened in cinemas across the country.
To promote the film, yet another round of collabs happened. These promotions seem to have worked, as the film has become a huge box office hit in the country.

Spy x Family: Anya Forger Becomes Official Agent of Makeup Brand Kate
The latest collab is a bit of an unexpected one as it is with the Japanese makeup brand Kate. As part of the collab, Anya becomes an official agent of Kate, and she leads an interesting new campaign.
Kate and Spy x Family’s collab website features some tips and tutorials on how to achieve Anya’s round eyes through specific makeup techniques.
On top of these, the collab also features an X (formerly Twitter) campaign where fans can win a Kate Popping Silhouette Shadow palette.
This campaign is happening now until January 28, 2024. There will be 100 winners in total. As fans may have expected though, this is a Japan-only campaign.
What won’t be limited to Japan is Code: White as the film is confirmed to be released in North American cinemas soon.
