Spider-Man PS4's Jameson Tells Spidey to Stop Thinking With His 'Web Shooters' in The Heist Launch Trailer

After a tease in the main game, Black Cat is finally coming to Marvel's Spider-Man aka Spider-Man PS4 this week. Players will be able to encounter her in the upcoming DLC expansion called The Heist, which adds a few story missions, side quests, and three new costumes to the game. Sony and Insomniac Games have released a launch trailer to celebrate the occasion and it features commentary from none other than J. Jonah Jameson Jr himself.

Reusing some dialogue he says in the main game, Jameson discusses how Black Cat has always managed to get away from Spidey because the wallcrawler is always thinking with his "web shooters" when he's around her, which is genius writing. The former editor of the Daily Bugle also explains how she's actually the second Black Cat in this universe, the first being an older male who has since retired.

Jameson also discusses some of the new challenges Spidey will have to do, thanks to the returning Screwball. It seems like she will require our hero to do some high-speed web swinging and beat up enemies within a certain space, which should do a good job challenging players. Maybe she'll actually go to jail this time since the end of her side quest in the main game suggested that there wasn't enough evidence to keep her in the slammer.

Finally, we have new crime members to fight, some of which have giant Gatling guns. Thankfully, like in Batman: Arkham Knight before it, Spidey and Black Cat will be able to do double team maneuvers to take them down. To clean up the districts, Spider-Man will have to take these criminals down.

The Heist comes to Spider-Man PS4 this week, on October 23.
