Spider-Man: No Way Home Villains Are Getting Their Own Posters

While most fans are excited about the possibility of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield showing up in Spider-Man: No Way Home, a lot of fans are very much looking forward to the return of the villains from the past Spider-Man films which has been confirmed in the latest trailer.

Now, a new set of Spider-Man: No Way Home posters have been released and, this time, they are highlighting three of the villains in the film: Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin, Alfred Molina's Doc Ock, and Jamie Foxx's Electro. However, Thomas Haden Church's Sandman and Rhys Ifans' The Lizard didn't get their own posters (at least yet). You can view them here:

It is interesting that they chose Green Goblin, Doc Ock, and Electro as the ones who have their own posters. Perhaps it is a hint that those three villains will have a lot of involvement in the story more than Sandman and the Lizard, who both will appear in the film although we don't know in what capacity yet except that they are part of a big battle as shown in the trailer.

If you also look at the promos and TV spots, they are also the three villains that they are highlighting more. It's hard to tell if it's just the intention of the marketing team since they are the bigger names or it's really because they are the three leading villains in the story and the other two are just side ones. We will be able to find out in just two weeks about how involved the three villains are in the story.

There's no denying that the anticipation for Spider-Man: No Way Home has been through the roof especially with all the rumors and speculations that fans have been discussing for several months now. The film has already broken the record for the biggest pre-sales in Fandango since Avengers: Endgame and several ticketing sites even crashed when tickets went on sale last Monday. Everyone is just excited and, fortunately, we don't have to wait any longer.
