Spider-Man: No Way Home Deleted Scene Featured Tony Stark's [SPOILERS]

There is little doubt that Spider-Man: No Way Home had an amazing cast of characters who came from other dimensions. However, it looks like the sequel almost had an unexpected yet touching connection to Peter Parker's beloved mentor. An Avengers: Endgame star has just confirmed that a deleted scene was supposed to somehow pay tribute to Tony Stark and highlight Iron Man's legacy.

Spider-Man: No Way Home had its special red-carpet premiere which was attended by Avengers: Endgame star Lily Rabe. The young actress shared a video on her official Instagram account confirming that she had met the entire cast for the third Spider-Man film. Rabe then revealed that she had shot a scene that was ultimately deleted from the theatrical cut.

Rabe doesn't reveal much about the deleted scene but the post is enough to have fans wondering whether Tony Stark's family was supposed to appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Rabe played Tony's young daughter Morgan in Endgame and has not been confirmed to show up in another MCU project since then. It's sad that we won't get to see whether Morgan was joined by her mother Pepper Potts in the scene but hopefully, the deleted scene will be included in the DVD and Blu-ray.

This isn't the first Spider-Man: No Way Home deleted scene that we have heard about. Tom Holland had previously confirmed that his brother Harry Holland's scene ended up on the cutting room floor. However, it is believed that the sequence will be included as a special feature in the sequel's Blu-ray and DVD.

Spider-Man: No Way Home followed Peter Parker as he struggled with his identity being revealed in the Spider-Man: Far From Home post-credits scene. Although Dr Strange casts a spell to make people forget Spider-Man's identity, it goes horribly wrong and the multiverse begins to clash.

The movie is currently screening in theatres.
