Spider-Man Homecoming Villain Could Return For Silver & Black

WARNING: This article contains a slight SPOILER for Spider-Man: Homecoming

Sony is moving forward with their Spider-Man spinoffs such as Venom and Silver & Black, and rumors have come out that the latter movie will be featuring a villain that will be introduced in Spider-Man: Homecoming—Scorpion.

It's confirmed that Better Call Saul and Far Cry3 actor Michael Mando will be playing Scorpion in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and though he won't be donning the suit in that movie (probably), he's said to be getting it in Silver & Black.

According to Splash Report, Scorpion will be the chief henchman of Mendel Stromm/Robot Master, and the character is described:

"a menacing henchman who faces off multiple times against Silver Sable and The Black Cat", and "a massive muscular man with a cybernetically controlled mechanical tail."

I absolutely love Mando, and he can come off as very menacing even if he isn't the bulkiest of actors. If these rumors were true, then I would be happy to see him grace the screens as the Scorpion—no matter how silly the character comes off as.

Watch him do his monologue from Far Cry 3; so brilliant:

No official release date has been announced for Silver & Black, but hopefully we got some updates at the San Diego Comic-Con this July.
