There's a Spider-Man: Homecoming Easter egg in Marvel's upcoming Captain America: Civil War. This more like a nod to the fans instead of an important detail for the story, but it's worth knowing.

As shown in the trailers, The Winter Soldier is seemingly controlled by HYDRA. During that brainwashing process, Melty reports that a few words are being repeated multiple times, and those include the terms "longing", "freight car", "one", and "homecoming". Just in case you didn't know, the last word is the title for the next Spider-Man film starring Tom Holland, and earlier today, it was reported that Robert Downey Jr. has joined the cast.
Captain America: Civil War is set to release on May 5, 2016; Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7, 2017.
