Spider-Man: Far From Home International Trailer Features A Snappy Look At Spidey’s New Suits And Villains

Marvel fans are certainly in for a treat today. Sony dropped not one trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home, but two – an official trailer featuring music from the classic punk band The Ramones and an international trailer with a snappy bass line.

While the international trailer is much shorter than the official trailer for the Homecoming sequel, the video does feature a brand new opening where we get to see Tom Holland's Peter Parker going through airline security. The high schooler finds himself in a bit of a shock when he sees his Spider suit right on top of the open suitcase (courtesy of Marisa Tomei's Aunt May), heaving a sigh of relief when the airport guard focuses on the packed banana instead.

The trailer also gives fans a good look at Peter's new black and blue Spider-suit – an outfit that comes with web wings to help everyone's favorite web-slinger glide through the air. The young Avenger also gets a black suit, one that might be a gift from Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury. The action sequences in the international trailer don't differ that much from the ones featured in the official trailer for Far From Home but there's no harm in having another look at Spidey taking on the Elementals and holding his breath seeing the Sand-Man. Jake Gyllenhaal's Mysterio is also pretty darn cool in the teaser.

While Mysterio puts up a whole lot of heroics in the video, we suspect that the character might actually have to do with the appearance of the Elementals in Europe.

Spider-Man: Far From Home premieres July 5, 2019.
