Released back in June of this year, Spider-Man: Far From Home is still getting promotional materials through The Daily Bugle website and YouTube channel. Five months following its premiere reports from the fictional site are still getting out. Including a new one which talks about the damages Spider-Man left in London.
A new video was uploaded on their YouTube channel showing the UK Prime Minister's frustrations with London left in ruins. The Prime Minister is asking the U.S. Government payment for all the damages Spider-Man has caused on the Tower Bridge. The headline says, "Prime Minister to President: Pay up!" You can check out the clip below.
The clip is always accompanied by an article since the site is the first one that was launched after all. The article claims that the U.S. Government should have listened to the Daily Bugle sooner, in order to be aware of "the menace in their backyard" instead of "enemies abroad."
The fictional outlet also states that it's not good for the U.S. to have a "so-called hero," who is now a criminal running around Europe and is causing even more issues while doing so.
Obviously, the report is only part of the marketing campaign for the film. The site could also cover for future movies like Spider-Man 3, Venom 2, and Morbius for promotional purposes.
