Song Joong Ki broke his social media silence when he posted a series of photos on Instagram. As he gave everyone a glimpse of his photoshoot for Vogue Man Hong Kong, fans started clamoring for Vincenzo Season 2.

It has been a couple of months since Song Joong Ki posted anything on Instagram. Now, he is back with a series of snaps, proving he’s the real heartthrob of all generations.

Song Joong Ki and His Good-Looking Pictures

Song Hye Kyo’s former husband first shared seven pictures of him, from black and white to colored. He next posted a solo photo, followed by a single snap of a god.

He next showed the four different unique covers of the magazine, featuring his different glamorous auras. In the first picture, he held the dog in front of his face while wearing a black suit.

The second image showed him wearing an eclectic-patterned polo, while the third one had him donning a bold-colored suit while putting a grape on his parted lips. Lastly, he modeled a black-and-yellow Louis Vuitton university jacket for the final cover.

As expected, each picture perfectly captured Song Joong Ki’s youthful and masculine look.

Will Song Joong Ki Return for Vincenzo Season 2?

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki’s latest photos reminded fans of his character in Vincenzo as the deadly Italian consigliere with the same name. Hence, they can’t help but demand the making of Vincenzo Season 2.

“My favorite Mafia man!” one fan commented. “Missed you, please post more often!” another said.

Others even called him “corn salad,” which was Cha Young’s (Jeon Yeo Been) nickname for his in the series. According to Indian Express, the K-drama managed to reach an incredible height in South Korea and even became one of the top 10 TV shows on Netflix and ranked fourth on Forbes’ list of most-watched Korean series of 2021.

So, are these enough to make Vincenzo Season 2? tvN has yet to renew the series until today.

In an interview with Jazmine Media, via Devdiscourse, Song Joong Ki admitted nothing had been said about the show’s second season.

"I'm personally happy that many people want Season 2 to come out,” he explained. “But realistically speaking, it's not coming out, and I don't think there was ever any Season 2 discussion going on internally."

The last day of filming the first season also seemed to show the finality of the series. Although he was the only one caught crying on the camera, all the other actors shed a tear, too.

“It was such a fun production that I didn't want to say goodbye,” Song Joong Ki revealed. “And I always get emotional when the final shoot ends."
