Song Ji Ah is truly back. After five months of social media hiatus, the Single’s Inferno star is now making her presence felt after posting a new vlog on YouTube.

Song Ji Ah’s YouTube channel is once again active. She made her first post on Monday, June 27, after deleting all her social media posts following her fake luxury items controversy in January.

Song Ji Ah’s Return to YouTube

Also known as Free Zia, she first announced her YouTube return on Instagram, on which she became active again.

“Pringies, I uploaded a video,” she said in Korean. “I’m really, really anxious…please enjoy watching it.” Pringies is the term she calls her fans.

She also translated her words and wrote them in English.

In the clip, the Single’s Inferno star reveals what she is up to these days, AllKpop noted. She shows her activities, like visiting a stationery store and flower shop, playing with her dog Moongchi and eating a home meal.

She then says she’s missing talking to her fans and reveals she’s spending her downtime with her family in Busan and joining an art class.

She has now moved to a new place, that’s why her background looks new.

Song Ji Ah’s YouTube comeback is just one of her first social media activities after returning to the online world.

For starters, she also made a comeback on Instagram earlier this month and continued to update fans.

Song Ji Ah’s Fake Luxury Items Controversy

After gaining prominence through the Netflix reality dating show Single’s Inferno, Song Ji Ah met a huge controversy for using fake luxury items.

Many pointed out that the luxury brands she was wearing on the show were knock-offs, like the pink Chanel knit top.

Netizens also claimed that some of the items she showed on her vlog were imitations. This resulted in a huge public outcry, knowing she represented several brands.

Later, Song Ji Ah broke her silence about the issue and admitted she was using counterfeit items.

She issued a public apology and apologized to the people and the brands she used to work with.

"Regarding the recent controversy over using fake products, I admit that it was true and acknowledge that everything was my fault," she said in a now-deleted video, per KDramaStars. “As a YouTuber, I should have been more careful about everything I do. I have damaged the value of many brands and disappointed people who trust me. I'm really sorry."

She then asked the public to stop criticizing her family after being hurt so much following what happened.

After posting the clip, she wiped her YouTube channel and Instagram page clean and went on a hiatus for five months. Now, Song Ji Ah is officially back.
