Son Ye Jin's Properties: Hallyu Star Owns a Slew of Multi-Million Dollar Buildings
The Hallyu star owns quite a number of properties. According to the South China Morning Post, the actress acquired a commercial building in Gangnam in July 2020, valued at a whopping US$14.4 million.
Located in the affluent district of Gangnam, which is known for underground shopping centers, high-end stores and more, the six-floor commercial building houses plastic surgery clinics, beauty centers and cosmetics stores.
Interestingly, the Thirty-Nine actress is quite a pro when it comes to real estate investments.
Before acquiring the multi-million dollar Gangnam building, Son Ye Jin bought an US$8.2 million building located in the Mapo district and sold it at US$12 million after three years.

Apart from her numerous designer items from bags, shoes and clothes, the award-winning actress also owns a number of paintings and fancy furniture.
Son Ye Jin's home in Samsungdong, Gangnam, was featured in an episode of SBS' reality show Master In The House, where the hosts, including Lee Seung Gi and Cha Eun Woo, will get to know more about the lives of their guests, a.k.a their masters.
Entering the actress' living room, it featured a massive contemporary painting with a large field of yellow color and handwriting that reads, "Collaboration is boring."
The piece of art is made by renowned Korean artist Woo Kuk Won.
Aside from the stunning art collection, Son Ye Jin's home also boasts expensive furniture.
According to Love K News, the design of the house was arranged by the actress–from the living room, dining room to her balcony.
In her living room, Son Ye Jin added a cozy white sofa from the brand Edra that costs 14 million won or 11,000 USD. Beside it is a white floor lamp from Foscarini, which retails for a staggering 2.2 million won.
Interestingly, one of her favorite parts of her house is the garden, where she often welcomes her guests.

Will Son Ye Jin Live with Hyun Bin After the Wedding?
Following the news about Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's wedding, rumor sparked that she would be living in their marital home in Achiul Village.
As noted by KBizoom, the Hallyu actress reportedly sold her building located near Hapjeong Station, Seoul, for 13.5 billion won or around 11,000,000 USD.
Not only that, but Hyun Bin also sold his apartment in Mark Hills, Seoul.
Interestingly, following their decision to sell their real estate, the power couple is rumored to be living in Hyun BIn's newly acquired penthouse in Achiul Village, which he bought for US$4.3 million.
If this will be Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's marital house, they will be neighbors with Kim Tae Hee and Rain, as well as Han So Hee, who recently bought her property in cash.
