Some Cops Want To Arrest Those Who Share Star Wars: The Force Awakens Spoilers

With Star Wars: The Force Awakens releasing in U.S. theaters tonight, those who had the opportunity to watch it early remained mostly hushed, but with epic films like this, there are some fans who will spread spoilers online (We've already banned a few commenters for posting spoilers). For those who want to spoil the fun, here's a friendly warning: Don't go to Philedelphia, because if cops there had it their way, you'd be locked up in a detention cell.

The Philedelphia Police Department pretty much said what a lot of us have been asking, with the following Facebook post:

No, posting #StarWarsForceAwakens spoilers online is not a crime. Yes, it should be. However, any illegal Sith behavior will still be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Not in our town, Kylo.

Whether you're planning to see The Force Awakens or not, don't be a douche. Posting spoilers is just not cool, and with all the mysteries revealed in this film, I'm sure there's going to be a major spoilers that would piss off some fans who haven't seen them yet.
