Solo: A Star Wars Story Featurette Highlights Amazing Cinematography from Bradford Young

Solo: A Star Wars Story is set to hit home video by the end of the week, and along with its release is a bunch of great BTS material detailing the making of the film. A new featurette has been released highlighting the work of cinematographer Bradford Young, and how he brought the world of Solo to life.

It's worth noting that Young has a very impressive resume when it comes to cinematography, and besides working on Solo, he's worked on films like Selma and the sci-fi hit Arrival. It's really impressive what he could bring to the world of Star Wars, considering that he made sure that a lot of the elements onscreen were real as well.

Solo may not have brought in the most impressive numbers in the box office, but a lot of people agree that it wasn't because of the quality of the movie. Anyone who's seen the film will tell you that it's great, and some have even said that it's gotten them back into Star Wars after The Last Jedi didn't really give them what they wanted.

A lot of Solo's failure has been attributed to the movie coming out after Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2. It also doesn't help that Disney was said to have gone easy on the marketing of Solo as not to take attention away from the release of Infinity War.

Solo: A Star Wars Story will be available on digital Sept. 14.
