The penultimate episode of So I'm a Spider, so What? has just aired, leaving us a breath before the finale! Over 24 episodes the beloved isekaianime won over many fans who eagerly returned every week to watch the adventures of a very cute and very powerful spider.

Only one week left for So I'm a Spider, So What? Episode 24, the finale, to become available on Crunchyroll. If you're here for it, keep reading. In the sections below, you'll find our handy guide with all you need to know about the final episode of the isekai anime, including its release date, airing time, and more!

So I'm a Spider, So What? Episode 23 Recap

So I'm a Spider, So What? begins with an explosion that kills an entire classroom of students their lives. In true isekai fashion, most of the students are reincarnated into fancy lives... not all of them, however. Our main character is an unlucky girl who finds herself in another world, reincarnated as a spider monster, only known as "Kumoko" or Nameless.

But this is not even the worst of it; this fantastic world functions as an RPG or video game, and our main character wastes all her points on useless developments, meaning that she can't defend herself and is constantly in danger. Kumoko then starts defeating monsters to level up, get stronger and eventually get a better life.

Warning: Below, you will find a recap of Episode 23 If you have yet to catch up, you might want to skip to the next section as there will be spoilers below.

Unfortunately for fans of our cute main character, there was no Kumoko in this episode either - but things are otherwise coming together. During the raging war, Sophia and Ariel do know how to prove themselves, although the existence of mecha in an otherwise epic fantasy work wasn't welcomed by viewers. Perhaps a possible season 2 will do a better job at explaining the working of this fantastic world and why technology needs to be there.

While viewers enjoyed the battler between Hugo and Shun, there's growing dismay about the latter's generic hero arc, but hopefully, everything will make more sense in the next episode, where Kumoko will finally appear.
