Siri Was Telling People That Stan Lee Died On Tuesday

Marvel comic book legend and cameo king Stan Lee still seems to remain at the center of strange stories and reports.

For the past few months, Lee has been quite the topic of interest. Odd news has been coming out week after week reporting that the comic book creator had been robbed, hacked, cheated out of, and been turned into a victim of elder abuse.

Now, according to Cinema Blend writer Sean O'Connell, Siri's been up saying that Lee actually passed away on July 2. Coming home from an early screening of Ant-Man and the Wasp with his son, O'Connell found himself concerned over Lee's health, especially with how old he was looking in his most recent Marvel cameo. The writer's son then tried to ask Siri how old Lee actually was. The apple virtual assistant then responded, saying that Lee passed away on July 2 at the age of 95.

O'Connell was shocked, but when he went home to scan the news, the writer was sure that the Marvel legend was very much alive and well. However, until this morning, Siri continued to pronounce Lee as dead.

Thankfully, it seems like Siri has updated its information, giving out the correct answer to Lee's age – a simple 95 and kicking. We wouldn't want anything to happen to Marvel's cameo king.

You can check out Lee's latest cameo when Ant-Man and the Wasp hits cinemas this Friday, July 06.
