There's no denying that Simu Liu became an overnight Hollywood sensation thanks to his involvement in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And judging by the unprecedented success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, it's already safe to say that the Canadian star will be a fixture in the franchise moving forward.
Now that he has crossed the MCU off his bucket list, fans are interested to see what he does in the future. While we still don't know what the future holds for the Marvel newbie, it seems like Liu is already thinking about leaving his acting career behind this early in the game and if you'd ask him, he has the perfect idea of what retirement looks like.
Taking to Twitter, the Kim's Convenience star shared that he'd love nothing more than to do Star Wars-themed TikTok videos when he finally retires from his acting duties, describing it as a "weird fantasy" of his. He wrote: "I have this weird fantasy of retiring and just making Star Wars TikToks all day."

I don't know about you but it looks like Simu is lowkey manifesting an appearance in the Star Wars universe. Well, he's proven time and time again that nothing is impossible with hard work and a little positivity so there's definitely a chance he'll end up in the franchise. It's just a matter of when at this point. For now, let's just enjoy his MCU tenure because I'm pretty sure Shang-Chi will become a pivotal character in the upcoming phases.
