By no means is Jameela Jamil a rookie in Hollywood but there's no denying that landing a role in the Marvel franchise just might be her ticket to superstardom.
Judging by her interviews, it's evident that the actress is enjoying the whole MCU experience but admittedly, she took things a little too far with a joke that was blown out of proportion.

Last week, Jamil made headlines after she revealed that doing stunt work for She-Hulk gave her an injury. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the star of the hit comedy The Good Place revealed that she "was hurting in places that I really didn’t know exist" after performing the physically demanding stunts.

Jamil would then reveal that much to her surprise, she sustained an anal injury. "You’ll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my asshole. Didn’t know that was possible!"

Naturally, the news blew up and now, Jameela is taking to social media to clear things up about her "injury". According to her, the whole thing was nothing serious and she regrets joking about it. She wrote: "As everyone is so obsessed with how I pulled the muscle in my bum (hole?). It was doing this final innocuous kick here. Unexpected and absurd MINOR non-injury that I should NEVER have joked about out loud. On a red carpet. At a world premiere. As a grown adult. Enough now."

In Episode 1, we got our first taste of Jamil's character Titania who came up short against Jen Walters during an unexpected courtroom brawl. Of course, it's already safe to say that she'll exact her revenge against She-Hulk in the upcoming episode but her motive for causing mayhem still remains a huge mystery.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is streaming on Disney+.
