Marvel might have already announced a brand new series for She-Hulk, however, new reports say that the radioactive cousin of Bruce Banner may appear earlier in Disney+.
According to a report by Cosmic Book News, rumors have started going around saying that She-Hulk is actually set to appear in the highly anticipated Marvel Disney+ series, WandaVision. These rumors suggest that Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner's cousin who eventually becomes She-Hulk, is going to have a small role in the upcoming Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) live-action series. They also claim that She-hulk is going to break the fourth wall in the show, just like she usually does in the comics.
This new rumor comes as quite a surprise to fans. Early reports about WandaVision suggest that the series is going to take the form of a rom-com sitcom – probably the results of Scarlet Witch's power to alter reality. This set up doesn't really give that much room for She-Hulk, though it is possible that the character could appear in the series return to Marvel's true reality.
It's also surprising to hear that Marvel is introducing Jennifer Walters before the release of the character's live-action series, She-Hulk. Wouldn't Marvel want to introduce the character in her own series?
Then again, Marvel would want to test the popularity of the character. Having Jennifer Walters appear in WandaVision would also help introduce the character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
