It's official Billie Connelly (Sarah Shahi) will be back for another steamy season. Netflix just confirmed that it has renewed the American drama streaming TV series Sex/Life for season 2.

Netflix Renewed Sex/Life for Another Season

On Monday, Netflix shared a clip from Sex/Life Season 1 with various reactions from the viewers. Apparently, many got hooked on Billie's affair with her ex Brad Simon played by Shahi's real-life boyfriend Adam Demos.

They all wanted to know if the two got back together because season 1 ended with a cliffhanger with Billie running back to Brad after she initially chose her marriage with Cooper Connelly (Mike Vogel)

"Sex/Life has been renewed for Season 2!" Netflix tweeted. "The first season was watched by 67 Million households — and 20 million of us rewound *that* scene at least once."

What to Expect in Sex/Life Season 2

Sex/Life Season 2 is expected to answer several questions about Billie's relationship with Brad and Cooper.

Billie is still married to Cooper but the first season ended with her at Brad's home. She couldn't give up the electrifying sexual chemistry that she shares with Brad.

So, in the next season, things will be more complicated for the trio. If Billie couldn't give up Brad or Cooper, then all of them must agree to be in an open relationship. If Cooper does agree, the next question is, will he explore a relationship with his boss Francesca (Li Jun Li), who openly expressed her interest in him?

Or will Billie settle with Brad and realize later that she wants to keep her family with Cooper? Will she ever find satisfaction in her married life and sex life?

Will Billie settle with either Brad or Cooper? Or will she meet a new man in her life who will be as good as Cooper as a husband and father, and as hot as Brad in the bedroom? Or will she live on her own without any man in her life?

"You know, I feel like the whole point about Billie, it wasn't necessarily about this guy or that guy because I think we're better than that and I think as women we need to get out of the age-old tale of: Our lives are defined through a man," Shahi told Entertainment Tonight about her character.

"I want Billie to find the version of herself that she is the happiest and the most free, and I hope she can do that without the help of any man, no matter who she's with."

Netflix hasn't announced an official release date for Sex/Life Season 2 yet.
