Seo Ye Ji is dealing with another controversy just days after releasing a public apology. Unfortunately, it involved the actress' parents following a conflict with their neighbors this time.

The news comes after an alleged neighbor of the actress' family claimed that her parents invaded a common area, particularly the staircase.

According to AllKpop, the person shared an online post claiming that the family left their "dog gates around a stairwell used by all residents of the villa, making it difficult for others to use the stairs."

The incident also caused conflict among the neighbors, adding that Seo Ye Ji's father got physical and allegedly "pushed people threateningly."

Aside from the actress' parents, Seo Ye Ji also drew flak over parking issues.

As stated on the online post, the It's Okay to Not be Okay star, who would visit her family at least three times a week, recklessly parked her car in front of others' garage, making it impossible for the tenants to move their vehicle.

In addition, the post claims that the issue "continued on for four years."

As the 31-year-old celebrity tried to resolve the issue and settle an agreement through her company's lawyer, she and the family reportedly apologized for what had happened.

"The lawyer listened to all of the conflicts that happened in the past 4-years and apologized for everything," the post reads, however, the person claimed that the actress "did not seem like she meant the apology."

Seo Ye Ji reportedly added that their family "would be moving out of the villa," but was surprised when she asked 'You're not going to write about this online, are you?'." which made the netizen believe that the Lawless Lawyer star was insincere.

Seo Ye Ji's Agency Reacts to the New Controversy

While the online post spread like wildfire on social media, Seo Ye Ji's agency, Gold Medalist, issued a statement and revealed that the claims were partially true.

Moreover, the label also added that the issue came to light "due to misunderstandings.

On the other hand, Gold Medalist also reiterated that the actress' family had already apologized "once they found out there were complaints," noting that the problem has now been settled.

"Some time afterward, Seo Ye Ji's family relocated. Whether or not someone's apology seems genuine or not is up to interpretation. The matter has already been resolved," Seo Ye Ji's agency explained as obtained by the outlet.
