What Is Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote About?
The story of Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote follows Yuuhi Yuugure and Yasumi Utatane, high school students pursuing careers as voice actresses. The two girls found themselves unexpectedly placed in the same class.
Coincidently, they become the hosts of a weekly radio program, showcasing what seems like a wonderful friendship to their listeners.
However, beneath the surface, the vibrant gyaru Yumiko and the reserved Chika couldn’t be more different. Moreover, their mutual dislike for each other is palpable.
Off the air, confusion ensues as insults fly, while on air, they maintain the façade of being the best friends.
It will be interesting to see where this tumultuous relationship ultimately takes them.
The anime is based on a light novel series titled Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote, translated as The Two Sides of Voice Actor Radio, authored by Kou Nigatsu and illustrated by Sabamizore.
Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote Anime Release Date Revealed
Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote is scheduled to premiere on April 10, 2024 in Japan. The first episode is set to be released on April 10 on Tokyo MX and AT-X.
Meanwhile, viewers of BS NTV will be able to watch episode 1 of Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote on April 13.
The international streaming and release details of Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote are yet to be announced.

- Ikumi Hasegawa (Ikuyo Kita in Bocchi the Rock!) as Otome Sakuranamiki
