Sebastian Stan Addresses Possible The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Season 2

There is little doubt that fans are excited about the last two episodes of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier but are also dreading the idea of the show coming to an end. So what are the chances that we'll be getting a Season 2? Sebastian Stan has addressed the possibility of returning for a second season.

It has already been confirmed that The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is a miniseries and it seems unlikely that the show will be getting a second season. Nevertheless, fans are hoping that there will be more episodes in the future. So has Marvel Studios asked Stan to return for Season 2?

Interestingly, Stan told Collider that he and co-star Anthony Mackie haven't been called by Marvel. At least, not yet.

"No, we have not, and I'll tell you that honestly, we have not. As per usual, I don't quite know what the next step is. We never really do," Stan said. He then added that "maybe some people do," mentioning that Robert Downey Jr. was probably the only Marvel Cinematic Universe star who knew what would happen next.

Although it is still unclear whether The Falcon and The Winter Soldier Season 2 is happening, we're hoping that the current season will continue to impress us. With only two episodes left, the stakes are pretty high and we're looking forward to seeing how Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes' adventure will end.
