Seahawks Player Pleads with Thief to Return his $20,000 Worth of Magic: The Gathering Cards

Seattle Seahawks linebacker Cassius Marsh put out a plea on Twitter to get back his $20,000 worth of Magic: The Gathering cards. The 24-year-old player even offered a reward to the person who returns his beloved collection. He's offering two tickets to the next home game to the person who returns them:

According to Seattle Times, Marsh's girlfriend went to a nightclub in downtown Seattle on Tuesday night, where Marsh's car window was smashed and he had two bags stolen from the backseat. One has his team-issued iPad, and the other contained cases of Magic: The Gathering cards.

He even listed the decks that were stolen:

Marsh said that he's been playing the fantasy trading card game since he was 11, and he estimates the cards to now be worth between $20,000 and $25,000, but Marsh told the Times that "it's not even the money" about why he's upset he lost his cards. "I really enjoy playing the game. To me, that's what I do to get my mind off things sometimes. You know how people zone out sometimes? That's how I zone out."

"I'm a nerd, for sure," Marsh said. "How people like gaming, I like cards."

Other than God, family, and football, those cards are Marsh's "everything":
