There are tons of exciting Marvel shows coming to Disney+ in the following years which will feature the debut of some fan-favorite characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Some of these roles have yet to be cast but a Schitt's Creek star is interested in playing two Marvel characters.
In a recent interview with ComicBook, Emily Hampshire was asked about potentially playing the role of Spider-Woman, which she has previously expressed an interest in. "I would love to do that," she said. "I didn't know where that came from, but wherever it came from, I agree and I like it. I would be just good at it. I would be so into that."
She also mentioned another Marvel character, Jennifer Walters. "The only other one I can think of is -- I'd be very into playing She-Hulk," Hampshire said. "I know that's happening, I've been hearing something about that."
Upon looking up the character's comic books, Hampshire thinks that She-Hulk is not just all "muscles and stuff." "But the person who's behind it is just such a cool character," she explained. "So that, or I'd just love to play a comic book character. I think that would be the coolest thing."
Spider-Woman's onscreen future remains to be seen but there are some fans who are hoping to see her in a solo movie. As for She-Hulk, she will have her own series to be released on Disney+. Marvel hasn't announced who'll officially play the lead character yet, so it's safe to say that Hampshire still has some time to join the series.
