The Disney/Fox merger is set to finalize this year, but it may be a while before we get to see the likes of Deadpool fooling around in the MCU. Artist rahalarts made this mock-up of an Avengers: Endgame suit for Deadpool, and apparently even Ryan Reynolds himself though it was cool.

We don't really know what the suits are for, but they have been floating around the internet thanks to some promo art and toy leaks. Some guess it will have something to do with the Avengers going to space, but it's possible that it will also be a suit to get everyone ready for a jump in the Quantum Realm.
As for Deadpool, everyone is sure there's going to be another movie, but we don't really know when especially counting the merger of the two studios. While I think the right move for Marvel would just be to reboot the Fantastic Four and X-Men, I think they should keep Deadpool exactly the way it was. Ryan Reynolds has worked too hard to bring the character to life, and he plays him really well.
My suggestion is that Marvel just says that the DP films have been taking place in the MCU this whole time. Then again, I won't be opposed to something crazy like Doctor Strange pulling him in from an alternate dimension. Hopefully, the guys over at Marvel already have an idea of what to do.

"After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War (2018), the universe is in ruins due to the efforts of the Mad Titan, Thanos. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers must assemble once more in order to undo Thanos' actions and restore order to the universe once and for all, no matter what consequences may be in store."
