Ryan Reynolds and Gang Destroy Italy in Netflix's New 6 Underground Trailer

Italy is undoubtedly one of the most scenic tourist destinations in the world. But what happens when you drop a Michael Bay movie in the middle of all that beauty? Absolutely hilarious chaos. That's exactly what you get in the new trailer for 6 Underground starring Ryan Reynolds.

The trailer opens with an advertisement inviting viewers to visit Italy. However, things quickly change as Reynolds and the rest of his gang get involved in a car chase that takes down the statues of Apollo and Daphne. There are shootouts and explosions one would expect from a Michael Bay movie but there's also some humor. At one point, the car almost mows down some tourists but Adria Arjona's character is simply concerned about two puppies that manage to get out of the way (in glorious slow-motion, no less).

Luckily, not everything gets destroyed. Reynolds yells at Dave Franco's character to avoid the David and makes a joke about possibly comparing sizes (you know what I mean). Let's just hope they manage to drive away safely without Mélanie Laurent's character getting sick in the car.

It's an awesome action-filled trailer that shows off everything fans could expect from the film. We can't wait to see if the gang manages to pull off this high-stakes heist next month.

The synopsis for 6 Underground reads as follows:

"Six individuals form a vigilante squad after faking their deaths in order to take down notorious criminals. All of them were brought to the team by its leader (Reynolds) for their unique skills and a desire to erase their past and change the future."

6 Underground premieres on Netflix on December 13.
