Russo Brothers Reveal Which Team Doctor Strange Would Join in Civil War

Doctor Strange (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) will not appear in Captain America: Civil War (at least that we know of; there might be a post-credits scene), but the Russo brothers showed us which team the Sorcerer Supreme would be joining: Team Captain America!

The directors posted an animated GIF on their Facebook page that features footage from the Civil War trailer with recent set video footage from Doctor Strange that a fan edited in. Check it out:

Marvel's "Captain America: Civil War" finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. Captain America: Civil War will be released in theaters on May 6. Doctor Strange will is set to release on Nov. 4.
