Avengers 4 Title Revealed In Russo Brothers 'Look Hard' Photo [Rumor]

The official title of Avengers 4 is undoubtedly one of the greatest mysteries of 2018. However, there is a possibility that Joe and Anthony Russo hinted at what the Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel will be called in that infamous picture.

We've all seen that photo with the cheeky caption and fans have definitely looked hard at everything in the image. Interestingly, one rumor suggests that the Russo brothers wanted your attention on the stand holding all the folders and the ladder in the background since they both resemble A's (via MCU Cosmic).

So does this confirm that the Avengers 4 title will be Avengers: Annihilation? It's a popular idea considering that the second and third films were also named after popular comic book stories. Age of Ultron was named after the 10-issue crossover storyline that was published in 2013 while Infinity War took its title from Jim Starlin's 1992 comic series. It's a plausible theory but we still don't have any confirmations from Marvel Studios for this one.

Another popular theory about the Avengers 4 title has been Avengers: Assemble. Unfortunately, this one is less likely since the first movie was released under that name in the UK. For now, we'll have to wait for the Russos to make an official announcement about the MCU sequel.

Fans also got emotional when Chris Evans announced that he has wrapped filming on the film and somehow insinuated that it would be the last movie he would work on for Marvel. Evans also concluded his post with the words, "Eternally grateful" which has people wondering if it was a reference to the flick's potential title.

The official title for Avengers 4 has yet to be confirmed. Nevertheless, we can expect to learn more before the sequel finally hits theaters on May 3, 2019.
