Resident Evil 3 Demo Comes Out Later This Week So You Don't Get the Coronavirus

Video games have always been a popular form of entertainment but it looks like fans will be playing them more than usual due to COVID-19 forcing everyone to stay indoors. While this is a pretty sucky situation, it's a decent enough excuse for gamers to dust off their backlog and start playing some games they have yet to finish. Or, they can just play Capcom's upcoming Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo, which comes out later this week.

Thanks to a new trailer, we now know that the Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 19. Since the game is still a month away, this should tide many fans over until the actual release, especially for those that have to experience lockdown in certain countries. There's also an open beta for those excited about the Resident Evil: Resistance, which should be exciting.

Interestingly enough, those that finish the demo will be greeted with a brand-new Resident Evil 3 Remake trailer that will only be available to those that finish it, at least until someone uploads it online. Still, getting rewards like these are pretty cool, though most of us would have preferred some extra items that would carry over to the main game.

Will you guys be picking up the Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo? Have you already pre-ordered the game? Let us know in the comments below.
