Red Dead Redemption 2 Launch Trailer Teases Van Der Linde Gang's New Adventures

The release of Red Dead Redemption 2 is only a few days away so Rockstar Games decided to get fans excited with the new launch trailer. Not surprisingly, we get to see the Van der Linde gang in action.

The trailer opens with Dutch Van der Linde trying to convince Arthur Morgan to do "one more big score." Arthur declares his loyalty to the group. "Nothing means more to me than this gang. I would kill for it, I would happily die for it. I wish things were different, but it wasn't us who changed," he says.

Dutch really want Arthur on his team but the outlaw isn't quite convinced. "There's always a goddamned train," Arthur retorts. Not surprisingly, there's more trouble ahead as we see the younger version of Edgar Ross address Dutch. "I don't wanna kill all these folk, Dutch," Ross states. "Just you."

There's plenty of action and awesome scenery in the trailer. We just can't wait until Red Dead Redemption 2 finally drops later this month.

The synopsis for Red Dead Redemption 2 reads as follows:

"America, 1899. The end of the wild west era has begun as lawmen hunt down the last remaining outlaw gangs. Those who will not surrender or succumb are killed.
"After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him."

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on PS4 and XBox One on October 26.
